On May 20, 2011 Bhatia Gautam Orlando released a new series on Real Estate Ethics
Bhatia Gautam Orlando has just released New Lecture Series on Real Estate Ethics which is now available online. Bhatia Gautam Orlando one of the nation?s leading experts in the practice of business ethics has released this series in order to help new organizations establish an atmosphere of integrity.
Even though the majority of companies strive to conduct their business ethically it is important to have laws in place as guidelines. Laws protect the customers, employees, society and other businesses from other people?s unethical behaviors.
Bhatia Gautam Orlando says ?business ethics are similar to laws in that they both are subject to change according to the times. For example, child labor used to be acceptable but now it is not only unethical but also illegal and unconstitutional. When you act unethically, then your goal is to benefit the company without any regard for the effect of this action on other people.? Realtor? Code of Ethics
Realtor? Code of Ethics
All Realtors? adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, which is based on professionalism and protection of the public. The Code of Ethics is a promise to the public that when dealing with a real estate agent who is a Realtor?, they can expect honest and ethical treatment in all transaction-related matters. All Realtors? are required to take a minimum of two and a half hours training on the Code of Ethics every four years.
Only Realtors? pledge to abide by the Code of Ethics, and only Realtors? are held accountable for their ethical behavior. Some of the basic principles of the Code of Ethics include:
? Protect and promote your client?s interest, but be honest with all parties.
? Realtors? shall be careful at all times to present a true picture in their advertising and representations to the public.
? Assure, whenever possible, that transactional details are in writing.
Business Expert Bhatia Orlando says that Even if the majority of companies conduct their business ethically, there is still a need for laws to protect costumers, the environment and other companies. Laws such as antitrust laws keep companies from becoming monopolies, and consumer safety laws ensure that consumers are not harmed or negatively affected by commercial products.
This lecture is part of a series on business ethics and how to ensure the integrity of your operations. Raegan Publishing has made this series available online for free. If you would like to receive the entire series then please visit http://www.Imagemaxpr.com
