Actually, Amazon will not allow you to write a product review until you buy something from their site, so I suggest buying a small book or inexpensive item so you can start writing product reviews. I suggest using your real name when writing reviews because Amazon offers the option of creating a real name tag. I often tend to believe reviews that are written by people using their real name because I have heard some companies create fake profiles to try and bolster the ratings for their product. If you are apprehensive about using your real name on Amazon, then select a pen-name and alter ego that is similar to who you are in real life.
Do not try to pass yourself off as someone else just because you are too scared to write an critical review about a product under your own name. However, be careful to only buy products on amazon that have more than twenty reviews it is an appliance or something that could break down because once I bought a product that only had two reviews, and it broke a month later. When I went back to Amazon to write a review about the product, I noticed there were five new reviews saying this product did not work, so now if it is not a book I will not buy it unless it has twenty plus reviews. This is just a suggestion, but at least with twenty plus favorable reviews, at least you know that the product is adequate and not just liked by a couple of people who might have just happened to get a models that did not malfunction.
Use Your Amazon Product To Promote Your Blog
Bloggers can bring more traffic to a blog by writing Amazon reviews. ?Writing reviews gives bloggers a platform for sharing opinions, and often like-minded people find each other this way. In your profile you can list your website url, which will allow people to visit it.
